* Facilitate and Coordinate:

* Manage the program-level calendar and ensure cadence.
* Drive problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coach and Mentor:
* Guide teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Risk and Impediment Management:
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Flow and Value Optimization:
* Enhance value flow across the organization.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
* JIRA is essential.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicate with stakeholders and leadership for alignment.
* Link business strategy to technical execution.
