Magentrix is an alternative to Salesforce Experience Cloud. It's a platform (PaaS) with two distinct offerings: one for partner management and engagement, and the other for customer management (aka portals).
Partner Management:
Onboard & engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster. Enable partners to collaborate and engage with managers. Allow partners to access what they need to meet channel goals.
Customer Management:
Solutions include Customer Operations, Customer Support, and LMS & Knowledge management. Increase engagement, provide self-serve routes to support, deliver better service, reduce costs, and increase satisfaction. Collaborate on support cases, train using the online Training & Certification module.
Responsibilities:
Design elegant web-based solutions. Contribute to fast-paced projects as part of a Professional Services team, helping organizations build, configure, and launch portal solutions. Collaborate closely to write implementation notes. Work with a Project Manager to understand needs and requirements, ensuring accurate implementation. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code. Integrate APIs and web services to build robust applications. Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional English communication skills. Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent knowledge of Frontend frameworks like JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. Backend experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns. Solid understanding of core programming concepts: OOP, RDBMS, and Agile principles. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a remote team.
