Contingent Workforce Manager Job Description
Pinnacle Group is seeking an MSP Delivery Specialist to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests. This role serves as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success.
* Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field, is required. The candidate must also have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Beeline. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, are essential for this role.
