Marketing Communications Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events to maximize reach and engagement.
* Communication Strategy Development: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote events across multiple channels, including social media, emails, newsletters, blogs, and websites.
* Content Creation and Management: Create and manage content for event promotion, including developing marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, videos, etc.).
* Collaboration and Vendor Management: Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event campaigns with business goals, and manage vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of events.
* Logistical Organization: Organize logistical aspects of events, including registration, promotional materials, schedules, and execution checklists.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze event and campaign performance, measuring ROI and providing detailed reports on attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
* Minimum 3-5 Years of Marketing Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience is necessary.
* Advanced English Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency is essential.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial.
* Travel Requirements: Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
