Job Summary:
ZTE Brazil is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project governance, performance monitoring, and process standardization across telecom deployment and operations projects. This role will interface with clients such as TIM, Claro, and Vivo, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the structuring and maintenance of the project portfolio aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
* Monitor execution of project schedules, scope, cost, and risk, especially for network deployment projects (RAN, IP, DWDM, Microwave, etc).
* Develop executive dashboards and performance reports (KPIs) for internal management and external clients.
* Standardize and control technical project documentation (MoP, LLD, HLD, acceptance packages), ensuring proper version control and traceability.
* Participate in project follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders (engineering, logistics, finance, and operations).
* Assist in contract management and milestone tracking to ensure accurate billing and deliverable compliance.
* Promote best practices and methodologies in project management (PMBOK, PMI, Agile, PRINCE2 as applicable).
* Contribute to lessons learned documentation and support the continuous improvement of project processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within telecom or tech companies.
* Strong understanding of project management tools, schedule control, and executive reporting.
* Previous experience working in multicultural environments or with Chinese organizations is a plus.
* Advanced English is mandatory; Mandarin or Spanish is a differential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira/Confluence.
* Desirable certifications: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Scrum Master.

* Prior knowledge of telecom vendors ecosystem and operational model in Brazil.
* MBA or equivalent degree in Project Management.
