About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging position as an Amazon Account Manager. As a key operations role, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and retention, building long-term relationships with clients and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Oversee client milestone progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Monitor customer satisfaction through regular surveys.

Milestone Operations:
The successful candidate will lead retention efforts, providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and pitching upgrades or upsells as needed. They will also be responsible for verifying pain points are resolved, discovering ongoing pain points, and recommending improvements to clients' strategies.

Client Requirements:
The ideal candidate will ensure that client requirements are met, tasks are completed within timelines, and they have in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses, competition, and marketing objectives. They will regularly monitor and report on clients' performance, ensuring goals are met.

Account Audits:
The successful candidate will perform account audits and onboard audits, completing a checklist of tasks. They will also review the client board, ensuring there is sufficient work being done in each section and tasks are completed within a reasonable timeframe.

KPIs:
The role requires achieving certain KPIs, including 90% of Amazon clients hitting 100% of their ad spend budget, less than 7.5% churn per month, and 95% of clients successfully launching within 7 business days. The successful candidate will also participate in continuing career development, staying up-to-date with market trends and research.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, comparable knowledge or experience, and a high preference for 2 years of agency experience. They will be comfortable with technology, independent, people-focused, and passionate about eCommerce sales. They should have experience with direct reports, management, hiring, and performance management. They must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and assure that tasks are completed. They will also need to communicate effectively with clients, conduct client calls, and provide excellent project management skills.
