Job Description
1. Assist and, when necessary, substitute the waiter.
2. Work in the restaurants.
3. Assist waiters in preparing for service.
4. Carry food and beverages to the dining area.
5. Take dirty laundry to the laundry and bring back clean laundry.
6. Collect empty service items and take them to the dishwashing unit.
7. Prepare service plates, collect empty plates, and instruct interns.
8. Take and serve customer orders when necessary.
9. Follow departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department.
10. Comply with operational rules.
11. Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager, and act according to the weekly schedule.
12. Attend orientation training.
13. Undergo two performance assessments each year.
14. Strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
15. Participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability, including minimizing resource consumption and energy saving measures.
16. Implement responsibilities related to quality management and food safety systems.
17. Perform other duties assigned by managers and hotel management.
Qualifications
* Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma
* Foreign Language: Ability to communicate in at least one language used in service
* Courses and Training: Vocational trainings
* Computer Literacy: Not required
* Skills: In the process of learning the products and services in the related field
