This role bridges financial reporting and accounting, ensuring accurate financial records, reliable reporting, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with analytical capabilities, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic visibility.What You'll Do Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across reports and systems Support general accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Identify trends, variances, and key drivers of financial performance Deliver insights to support business and financial decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies Improve financial reporting processes, tools, and documentation Perform ad-hoc analysis and support finance-related initiativesWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4–7+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or similar roles Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Experience with month-end close and reconciliations Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into insights Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyNice to Have CPA or equivalent certification (or in progress) Experience with financial reporting tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Familiarity with financial controls and compliance processes Experience in high-growth or scaling environments Background in process improvement and automationWhat We Offer Competitive compensation Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with modern financial systems and tools Collaborative and fast-growing environment with strong ownership.Please ensure that your application, including your CV, is submitted in English, as this is a requirement for the recruitment process.
