Product Experience Specialist
We're seeking an expert to design intuitive user experiences. Your role will involve turning concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that drive seamless interactions.
* You'll facilitate clients' product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital products.
* Deliver wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
* Identify design issues and craft elegant solutions.
* Making strategic design decisions related to core functions and features.
* Taking a user-centered approach, rapidly testing, and iterating designs.
* Collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
To excel in this position, you should be able to:
* Conduct user research, including contextual research, interviews, and surveys.
* Create customer personas based on insights gathered.
