Senior Project Governance Lead
Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Governance Lead to oversee governance and new demands for one of our global clients. This role will be hybrid, requiring on-site work 1-2 times a week in the Vale do Paraiba region in São Paulo, Brazil.
This position involves managing project governance and new demands for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, aligning them with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
We are looking for an individual with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in governance, new demands, and application development. Strong English fluency is also required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).
* Strong familiarity with processes such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum.
* Familiarity with SAP landscapes, especially SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM.
* Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
* Experience with customer success capabilities.
* Experience with reporting and analytics tools for tracking demand and governance performance.
Social Skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
* Negotiation and facilitation skills to align multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership without technical language.
