You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions that support business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Fabric, and SSRS to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
2. Data Management: Design and manage ETL processes using SSIS, ensuring data integrity across large datasets and optimizing performance for fast query execution.
3. Database Administration: Perform advanced queries and optimizations in SQL Server and work with Azure databases to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
4. Automation and Efficiency: Create automated workflows with Power Automate to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce manual errors.
5. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate effort for new projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting business objectives.
6. Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to BI strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the overall BI ecosystem.
7. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
8. Catalog Maintenance: Maintain the report catalog and delivery framework, ensuring easy access and discoverability of critical business intelligence assets.
