What kind of professional are we looking for? We\'re looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You\'ll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.


What you will do / Responsibilities

* Assist with hiring and talent-hunting processes
* Support people operations and administrative tasks
* Communicate with team members and clients as needed
* Contribute to process improvements and problem solving with autonomy


Qualifications

* Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills
* Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree


Contract details & Benefits

* As a Contractor (PJ), compensation: R$2.5K (with possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months)
* Work with international clients meeting international standards
* Opportunity to grow as a leader; potential to move between teams
* 2 weeks of paid leave per year; observing national holidays
* Paid parental leave; Paid marriage leave
* All expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses
