We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration.
Requirements:
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
* Experienced in making designs for the web.
* Experience with Figma.
* Experience with Jira would be an advantage.
* Working closely with development teams.
* Experience applying UI/UX Design in an agile process.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity in their work, take on a proactive, hands-on approach, and have a proven track-record of working closely with developers to come up with a pixel perfect solution.
