About the Job
We seek an experienced professional with expertise in account management within the financial technology sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Brazilian market, strong technical communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and English, and an understanding of Brazilian business culture.
The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our existing client in Brazil, conducting regular calls to facilitate effective communication and monitoring client satisfaction to ensure loyalty.
New Business Development opportunities will be focused on engaging with identified prospects in Brazil's banking and finance sector, developing strategic sales approaches to introduce offerings and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
Market Insight and Reporting responsibilities include staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil, providing regular reports to the global sales team, and sharing insights to influence broader company strategy.
The work arrangement will initially be part-time (16–24 hours per week), focusing on supporting the existing client and prospecting new clients. There is potential for the role to evolve into full-time based on workload, client engagement, and success in new business acquisition.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth is essential for this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
 * Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships: Ensure our key customer in Brazil receives exceptional service through regular communication, on-premise support when required, and seamless coordination between their technical team and ours.
 * Expand Market Presence: Proactively engage with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil, with the goal of onboarding new clients over time.
Key Requirements:
 * Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
 * Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.
 * Strong technical communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.
 * Fluency in Portuguese and English; understanding of Brazilian business culture.
 * Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.
