Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote):
We are a modern organic marketing agency looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.
Our agency helps businesses grow using data-backed social media marketing, and we need someone who can create high-performing graphics and carousels for our clients’ social media pages and advertising campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools to design quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Your work will primarily involve designing visuals that help our clients grow their audience and promote their services.
This includes:
- Social media graphics
- Carousel posts for Instagram / LinkedIn
- Promotional graphics (sales, announcements, highlights)
- Ad creatives for marketing campaigns
Most designs will be based on content that is already performing well online, meaning you will often:
- Analyze high-performing posts from competitors
- Take inspiration from those designs
- Recreate and improve them using our branding and messaging
You will be working in a data-backed environment, meaning designs are created strategically based on what works — not randomly.
Important: AI Skills Required
We expect our designers to be modern designers who are comfortable using AI tools.
You will have access to unlimited AI tools, including tools like:
- Google Nano Banana (Pro & 2)
- AI image generation tools
- AI editing tools
In many cases, AI will allow you to create or modify graphics much faster than traditional design methods.
However, you should still be capable of making manual adjustments and edits when needed.
Most of the time you will combine:
- AI-generated visuals
- Inspiration from existing high-performing content
- Custom design adjustments
- Client branding
Requirements:

- Can follow branding guidelines

Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Timezone)
Compensation:
- $750 per month

Your goal is to design a graphic or carousel that would perform well on social media for this audience.

- Use AI tools to help create the design
- Apply your own design skills and creativity
