We are a fast-growing digital beauty & wellness brand, generating $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-volume video advertising.
We need an elite video editor who understands direct response mechanics and can produce engaging ads at scale.
Your work will directly drive sales across various platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.
* Craft compelling hooks that stop viewers within the first 3 seconds.
* Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions.
* Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts).
* A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers.
You'll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Requirements:
* Strong level of fluent English fluency.
* 2+ years editing experience for DTC/eCommerce brands.
* Portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions.
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
* Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
* Native fluency with UGC aesthetics vs. polished brand content.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality ads at scale.
