Description We are looking for an Educational Consultant to drive the expansion of our Writing solution in the United States, building strong partnerships with elementary schools and supporting sustainable growth. Árvore joined forces with Super Autor, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our impact in literacy education. By combining our expertise in reading with an innovative writing platform, we now offer a more complete literacy journey that develops students’ creativity, authorship, and protagonism. In this role, you will lead consultative conversations with school leaders, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term partnerships. This position requires fluent professional English and daily interaction with native speakers. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the U.S. market and ensuring schools successfully integrate our Writing solution into their educational journey. Responsibilities Lead consultative sales meetings with elementary schools in the U.S., identifying needs and presenting tailored educational solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling, proposal negotiation, and partnership closing. Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring visibility and reliable forecasting. Manage and expand a portfolio of school accounts, including renewals and growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders. Conduct in-person school visits when necessary to strengthen partnerships and support implementation. Create and monitor onboarding and project timelines to ensure a smooth experience for partner schools. Provide ongoing support through phone, email, messaging apps, and video calls. Act as a bridge between schools and internal teams, sharing feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Prerequisites Completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree Advanced English proficiency (full professional fluency) Valid driver’s license Strong planning and organizational skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Time management and collaborative mindset Experiences Nice to Have: Valid passport and eligibility for international travel U.S. visa Previous experience in the education or EdTech sector Informações adicionais: Hybrid work model (on-site in Rio de Janeiro from Tuesday to Thursday).
