Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Agile practitioner to join our Product and Engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting distributed teams, and driving continuous improvement through Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with global, distributed teams
