Strategic Recruitment LeadWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Recruitment Lead to play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.This key position requires strong leadership skills, operational insight, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and client-facing experience.The key responsibilities of this role include:Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and our team.Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.Analyzing operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.Influencing the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition. Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles, is highly valued. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential.
