We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and evaluating diverse profiles to meet the needs of our organization.
 1. Review online information about potential candidates to gauge their suitability.
 2. Contact candidates via phone, email or messaging platforms to verify their interest and motivation to participate in our hiring process.
 3. Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and maintain accurate records.
 4. Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, interests, commitment and problem-solving skills.
 5. C-coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth process.
 6. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
 * A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and persuasion.
 * Strong time management and organizational abilities.
 * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
 * Previous experience in sales techniques and IT industry recruitment is a plus.
 * Advanced level of English proficiency.
