In tax reporting strategy, you will assist clients in developing tax reporting strategies and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. Your role involves analyzing financial data, interpreting tax laws, and providing guidance on tax reporting requirements to minimize risks and optimize tax outcomes.
You will also develop your leadership skills by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality work. Responsibilities include coaching, leveraging team members’ strengths, managing performance, and identifying opportunities for firm growth. Leading with integrity and authenticity, you will articulate PwC’s purpose and values, embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

The minimum requirements for this role are:
* Bachelor Degree
* More than 5 years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in English (oral and written)
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Project Online, or similar tools
* Advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of Power BI
* Experience in establishing portfolio structure and governance, strategic planning, resource management, KPI compliance, performance reviews, vendor management, process improvements, automation, AI, and organizational change management
This position is at a mid-senior level, full-time, within the finance and sales function, in the Business Consulting and Services industry.
