As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.To move to another country is a big step, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden, and by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles.Build trust with candidates by communicating relocation benefits and process.Coordinate with global recruiters, Swedish management, and delivery teams to support relocation logistics.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client projects.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection and continue pursuing opportunities.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid national holidays with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travel, housing, and per diem.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: ******.
