- Responsible for prospecting new business, respecting the predetermined geographical region and defined product, maritime mode.
- Business growth with existing clients and maintenance/retention of clients in your portfolio.
- Opportunity management: once an opportunity is identified, the information must be entered into the CRM system - Sales Cloud.
- Perform critical analysis of customer requests.
- Issuing proposals or preparing technical proposals aimed at the qualification objective.
- Coordination of Bids with internal teams.
- External visits to clients and updating the Sales Cloud according to goals.
- Internal reports on sales actions, schedule, and prospecting activities.
- Focus on maritime mode.
- Registration of new clients in Schenker's systems.
- Contract management.
- SOP management.
Advanced English level since this person will have a lot of communication with other regions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Foreign Trade or equivalent experience.
