Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
* Collaborate with team members to develop proposals that meet client requirements
* Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector is highly valued
