Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:5+ years in a Software Engineering role.
Language:Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Software Development Proficiency:Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in Go Lang or Python. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production-quality code (not just operational scripts).
Dev Sec Ops Expertise:Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI/CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.g.,Hashi Corp Vault), and compliance automation.
Containerization & Orchestration:Expert-level knowledge ofKubernetes,Docker, andHelm. Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus.
Cloud Platforms:Proficiency with eitherGCPorAWSservices.
CI/CD & Git Ops:Deep experience with CI/CD platforms likeGit Lab/Git Hub ActionsandJenkins.
Infrastructure as Code:Hands-on experience withTerraform.
Observability & Monitoring:Proven experience with thePrometheus/Grafana/Lokistack for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Full Stack:A solid understanding of full-stack development principles to effectively support development teams.Bonus Qualifications:Experience withGit Opstools such asArgo CDorFlux.
Relevant certifications, such as AWS/GCP Certified.
Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or Open Telemetry.
