Job Role Overview
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding existing customer accounts and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Revenue Generation:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively.
