About Agile Coach
The role of an Agile Coach is crucial in facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration, while coaching teams and Scrum Masters in lean-agile principles. This position promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate major ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt meetings to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
* Manage the ART calendar to maintain program-level cadence, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks that may hinder project progress.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to prevent delays and ensure project success.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART by streamlining processes and improving productivity.
* Collaborate with team members to manage dependencies and architectural runway, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
* Possess strong knowledge of JIRA, including its features and functionalities.
* Salesforce experience is highly desirable but not essential.
