Business Technical Service Analyst Role

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as consulting skills to meet client requirements.
* To establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships
* Evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off
* Gain and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk
* Assist with documents and maintenance to client system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, ensuring that code releases do not negatively impact client operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing
