**Clinical Project Manager Role Overview**
Job Description: As a Clinical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of clinical projects within scope, time, and budget. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and close clinical projects while managing risks, resources, and milestones.
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG, to foster collaboration and accountability.
* Communicate effectively with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable steps.
* Anticipate issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to regulatory or operational changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will require strong regulatory/GEP knowledge, RA/MOH requirements, and protocol implementation across regions. Additionally, you should possess:
* 3+ years of cross-functional clinical PM experience.
* Strong understanding of study plan development, proficient with PM tools, and ability to manage budgets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A solution-oriented approach, risk anticipation, and adaptability.
