A six-year recruitment background in the Swedish IT industry is essential. You will need at least five years of professional experience from recruitment or similar technical work. This includes having a solid and well-proven network of engineering professionals within the IT industry.

 * Demonstrate a passion for success, maintaining an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
 * Show responsiveness and responsibility, with an appropriate appearance.
In addition to your professional experience, you should have excellent communication skills, particularly English. A service-oriented mindset towards finding solutions for challenges is also necessary.
