Role Overview
This is a marketing specialist position that involves using marketing as a force for change. The role requires attracting qualified doctors to underserved communities and helping them build their patient base through localized marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a good level in English and experience working in marketing agencies or start-ups. They should also have a passion for healthcare and community building, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The responsibilities of this role include designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes and systems, and measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to underserved communities
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and community needs
* Run digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust among potential patients
* Manage content creation, including bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, and video assets
* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data, including patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
