We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Latin America.
* Develop and execute territory plans to capture new business opportunities in the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
* Manage key accounts across Latin America, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
