Our team is dedicated to discovering exceptional talent. As a seasoned sourcer, you will lead candidates through our rigorous recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to build their teams.
 * Identify top talent for niche positions across various verticals.
 * Share best practices and engage highly skilled professionals.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will:
 * Develop a deep understanding of each opening by collaborating with Hiring Leaders.
 * Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from candidate generation to direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension, and closing candidates.
Key Responsibilities Include:
 * Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
 * Proactively research and generate new ideas for filling challenging positions.
Requirements for Success:
 * Approximately 6+ years of experience as a technical recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.
 * In-house recruiting experience, preferably within tech/SaaS environments.
 * Strong track record in managing full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
 * Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
