About the Role
We’re looking for a Founder Success Advisor (FSA) to manage and grow a portfolio of founders inside a high-performance program. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You’ll act as a:
* Strategic advisor
* Coach & accountability partner
* Community leader
* Revenue driver (retention + upsell)
You’ll ensure founders stay engaged, hit milestones, and achieve measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead group coaching calls and community sessions
* Manage a portfolio of founders with 1:1 follow-ups
* Drive engagement inside community platforms (Skool)
* Track progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues
* Review calls and surface insights to leadership
* Generate testimonials, case studies, and reviews
* Identify and close upsell opportunities
* Own renewals and retention metrics
* Create scalable support content (Looms, FAQs, posts)
* Support founders with systems, workflows, and AI tools
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in relevant roles
* Strong communication & facilitation skills
* Experience managing and growing client accounts
* Ability to lead calls confidently (group & 1:1)
* Tech-savvy (CRM tools, Slack, Zoom, Loom, etc.)
* Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
* Sales awareness (upsell & retention mindset)
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments
* Interest in AI tools and automation
