Marketing Strategist for Social Impact

About the Role
You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors and patients to underserved communities
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and community needs
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in Marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
