Responsibilities
Act as a proactive and communicative professional focused on hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

Collaborate with team members and, when needed, communicate with clients to understand business needs.
Requirements
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
Soft Skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication.
Contract and Benefits
