We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function. This role will involve embracing a customer-centric, pragmatic approach, laser-focused on delivering maximum impact through the simplest, highest-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to deeply collaborate with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth. They will design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.
This role requires serving as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog. The individual will continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
Key responsibilities include embodying an agile, customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data. Additionally, the Senior Talent Development Partner will be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.
