Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Teachable Monthly Labour process, ensuring seamless execution and timely updates.
* Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights from financial data.
* Deliver high-quality labour reporting packages for Hotmart on a monthly basis.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting).
2. At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or Business Operations/Human Resource Finance Business Partner roles.
