Our client, an established multinational premium brand in the stationery segment is seeking a HEAD of SALES BRAZIL to lead the next phase of its local commercial expansion.
Reporting to international Headquarters, this Executive will define and execute the local sales strategy, strengthen key customer and distributor relationships and drive sustainable growth and brand positioning in the Brazilian stationery and school supplies market.
We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial leader with 8–10+ years of experience in sales leadership within consumer goods, stationery, office supplies or related sectors. Experience working with international companies and reporting to global headquarters is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the commercial strategy for Brazil, aligning local execution with global objectives
* Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and retail partners
* Expand market presence and identify new business and distribution opportunities
* Lead commercial planning, pricing strategy, forecasting and sales performance management
* Drive value-added sales initiatives that reinforce brand differentiation and market positioning
* Coordinate logistics, customer service and operational processes together with international headquarters
* Manage local suppliers and logistics partners supporting market expansion
* Provide regular commercial reports, forecasts and performance analyses
* Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance and reporting structures
Your Talent:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
* Proven success managing manufactured brands and B2B/B2C channels
* Prior exposure to Multinational small or mid-sized companies is highly valued
* Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and build market structures
* Fluency in English (mandatory) ; Spanish is a plus considering potential regional expansion
