Digital Account Manager
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns, aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving long-term satisfaction and growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns, including media, creative, performance, branding, and more.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize as needed.
* Identify opportunities to maximize client value through upselling and cross-selling.
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
