We're seeking a seasoned talent professional to identify and onboard world-class creative and production talent. This role involves building our global network by sourcing videographers, photographers, designers, editors, motion specialists, creative leads, project managers and other key roles across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source top creative, production and operations talent globally
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments and onboarding
* Build strong talent pools for high-demand roles (design, video, motion, PM, creative leads)
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles
* Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience and culture fit
* Maintain organized applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards
* Implement scalable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and outreach tools
* Ensure clear communication with candidates for a positive experience
* Help improve hiring processes, documentation and workflows as we grow
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or sourcing (creative, agency or tech experience preferred)
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools
* Ability to assess creative and operational talent across multiple specialties
* Clear and confident communication in English, able to manage candidate expectations and present opportunities effectively
* Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple roles at once
* A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
