Job Description
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in managing the efforts of assigned delivery management associates/team members. This involves being the main point of contact in client locations related to project/contract, ensuring team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and updating/adapting delivery-related project plans, timelines, and schedules. They will also coordinate day-to-day project tasks, monitor project progress, and update status reports.
You will participate in client meetings, helping manage expectations and addressing emerging questions/issues. Additionally, you will work with internal product, technical, and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a certificate or extension course in management, focused on administration or information technology. You will have experience in software development and maintenance project management, preferably with agile teams, as well as experience in contract and service management activities.
Skillful communication and people management skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to engage with clients, exchange information, gather requirements, and expectations is crucial. You will represent clients to internal teams and service organizations, providing accurate client status reports and serving as a key point of contact for process-related questions or issues.
