This position involves leading the development and implementation of IT Service Management processes to drive strategic business growth and streamline production changes.
* Strong knowledge of IT industry best practices (ITIL) and SDLC methodology.
* Collaboration with technology teams to create a competitive advantage.
* Maintaining technical knowledge relevant to the business area's successful operation.
* Aligning with product support teams, sharing knowledge, and maturing the support model.
* Experience with business change programs involving IT platform implementation.
* Staying informed about product updates and vendor roadmaps.
* Advanced degree in Information Technology or related field.
* 6 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
* Additional 2-4 years of experience in IT Service Management processes and platform support roles.
