Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead short-term assignments on various European Investment Bank (EIB) priorities under the EIBAS Framework Contract Lot 5.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in regional and urban development, economic development, disaster risk management, and social and affordable housing
* Experience working with EU, EIB, WB, etc. financed projects
* A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree relevant to the topic
* Excellent command of English (CEFR C1)
