Product and Engineering Scrum Master

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. They will also support and guide one or two Scrum teams, partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one or two Scrum teams
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
