Mission and ResponsibilitiesAs a Fiscal Analyst, your primary mission is to ensure compliance with national tax legislation for Magalog companies. This involves ensuring correct accounting, calculation, issuance, and validation of fiscal documents, as well as providing consultative support to operations and actively addressing issues related to Tax Reform.Issue and/or validate fiscal invoices (sale, scrap, shipment-return) and Electronic Transport Knowledge (CT-e), ensuring correct fiscal classification (tax, origin, destination).Use the MASTERSAF system to record notes and account for expenses (purchases and others).Support the Shared Services Center team in validating tax calculations (issuance and receipt of notes).Calculate mandatory taxes.Monitor and provide support in cases of fiscalization and notification by the Federal Revenue Service, especially in cargo retention processes.Follow up and take necessary measures regarding receipt of infringement notices.Act as focal point and provide technical support in projects modifying fields and tax rules in the system, focusing on the specificities of transportation base fiscal.Participate actively and contribute to discussions and adjustments with the team and other involved areas regarding Tax Reform.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Administration or related fields.Proficiency in tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS) and ancillary obligations, particularly in logistics and transportation operations.Preferably solid experience in Logistics or Transportation sector.Familiarity with routines for issuing and validating fiscal documents (NFe, CT-e, shipment-return notes).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (dynamic tables and formulas).Availability for on-site work in Louveira/SP.Company CultureWe are a company that values ownership and high levels of self-expectation, tackling challenges as opportunities.
