Marketing Director
The Marketing Director will spearhead the marketing function and become a key strategic partner to the CEO.
* Lead cross-functional marketing teams: manage social media specialists, media buyers, email marketers, and content creators.
* Develop clear briefs and tasks for designers and copywriters.
* Collaborate with workflows between Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Growth & lead generation:
* Plan and host webinars and educational events.
* Leverage email sequences, tripwires, and marketing funnels.
* Implement chatbot automation flows (Telegram, website).
Content strategy & production:
* Formulate and oversee the content strategy across all channels.
* Maintain consistency in tone of voice and content quality.
Analytics & optimization:
* Track channel performance, CAC, CPL, and funnel metrics.
* Analyze campaign ROI and conversion improvements.
