Digital Infrastructure Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Digital Infrastructure Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms. Additionally, the ideal candidate will monitor and maintain endpoint security, assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning. Our ideal candidate has a working level of spoken and written English, proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
