Job Overview
This is a remote role that involves leveraging your expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit. You will be conducting online technical interviews in various technology roles, evaluating candidates based on their coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving skills, and providing fair and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience, strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns. They should also have prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training, excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish, and the ability to conduct fair and unbiased evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced software developers, engineers, and technical leads residing in LATAM who have expertise in one or more domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles
We are also interested in candidates with specialized skills in areas such as machine learning/AI engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering/architecture, mobile development, DevOps/SRE engineering, and cybersecurity engineering.
