Community Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and engaging with the tech and startup community on LinkedIn.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying business opportunities, and expanding our client base. To achieve this, you will develop and implement a strategic plan for our client base, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing a comprehensive understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
* Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the tech and startup community.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through social selling and lead generation.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer satisfaction and success.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where creativity and innovation thrive. If you possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and negotiation, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and has great analytical skills. You should be able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients, identify business opportunities, and expand our client base. A flair for sales and negotiation, as well as an understanding of recruitment, are essential for this role. Additionally, you must have a positive outlook and a hard-working personality.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be accountable for all successes and failures, ready to take risks and think on your toes. Resilience is also crucial, as you will be dealing with cold and warm calling, requiring persistence in your approach.


Key Skills and Qualifications

* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or a similar field.
* Strong network and experience in the HR/Recruiting Industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills.
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps.
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term.
* A flare for sales and negotiation.
* An understanding of Recruitment.
* A LinkedIn Account.
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
* Efficient and a good attention to detail.
